Because every commissioned portrait is custom-created specifically for you, all commission sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun.

 

As all fine art prints are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

 

If your order arrives with shipping damage or a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

 

Our goal is for you to receive a beautiful piece of art you’ll love. If there is a problem with your order due to damage or a production error, we’ll make it right.
